- If you would like information about your care or to make a complaint, our patient advice and liaison service (PALS) team is your first point of contact for enquiries about Royal Free hospitals. If they can’t help you, they will know who can.
- It may be that English is not your first language, if this is the case we can arrange interpreting services for you
- Perhaps you require spiritual, religious or pastoral care and support, in which case contact our chaplaincy team.
- You may be suffering from, or caring for someone who is suffering from, a cancer-related illness, in which case you can contact the Macmillan Cancer Support and Information Centre who have a wide variety of information and services available to you.
